XON Casino operates under a Curaçao license and applies standard offshore casino rules. Players must be 18+ and are fully responsible for ensuring online gambling is legal in their country. The casino restricts access from many jurisdictions, so eligibility should be checked carefully before registration.
Only one account per person is allowed. Any duplicate accounts, false personal data or attempts to bypass rules can result in account closure and loss of winnings. Identity verification is mandatory, especially before withdrawals, and may cause delays.
Deposited funds usually need to be wagered at least twice before withdrawal. If a player tries to withdraw without meeting this requirement, a fee may apply. Withdrawal requests are processed within a set internal timeframe, after which additional delays may occur depending on the payment method and verification status.
Bonuses come with wagering requirements and strict conditions. Only one active bonus is permitted at a time, bonus abuse is prohibited, and different game types contribute differently to wagering. Free bonuses and free spins often have limits on maximum withdrawable winnings and expiration dates.
Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly fee after a long period without login. The casino limits its liability and reserves the right to update terms at any time, placing responsibility on the player to stay informed.
Overall, XON Casino’s terms are typical for a Curaçao-licensed casino: workable for experienced players who read conditions carefully, but not forgiving toward mistakes, bonus misuse or regulatory misunderstandings.
