Winberry Casino – Terms of Use: Expert Review
Operator&Licensing
Winberry.casino is operated by BitPulse Solution Limitada (registered in Costa Rica) and holds a license from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (License No. ALSI-202510054-FI2).
Withdrawal Limits — Notable Restrictions
The T&Cs impose strict caps: $1,500/day, $5,000/week, and $15,000/month — dropping to $30,000/month only when balance is 10× total deposits. For high-stakes players, these limits are quite constraining. The minimum withdrawal is $100, and a3× deposit rolloveris required before any withdrawal, which is an added friction point.
Unilateral Powers
The casino reserves broad rights to amend terms at any time without prior notice, cancel or void bets, restrict or close accounts without explanation, and withhold funds during investigations. Liability is capped at the value of the relevant wager or €500, whichever is lower — an extremely unfavorable cap for players.
Dispute Resolution
Dispute windows are tight: claims must be filed within3 daysof a wager's settlement, and complaints are escalated internally before reaching arbitration. There is no mention of an independent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body, which is standard practice in regulated markets.
Responsible Gambling
Self-exclusion is available via email request, taking effect within 24 hours — functional but not instant. There is no mention of third-party tools (e.g., GamStop, GamCare), which is typical of Anjouan-licensed operations.
KYC&AML
Standard KYC requirements apply (ID, proof of address, selfies, verification calls). The casino reserves the right to request documentation at any time, including post-win, which is a common tactic to delay withdrawals — players should be prepared.
Bottom line:
The T&Cs are written in plain English and cover the necessary bases, but the weak jurisdiction, broad operator discretion, tight dispute windows, and low liability cap create an environment that heavily favors the house. Suitable for casual players, but high-stakes or serious gamblers should seek platforms with stronger regulatory oversight.
