My first-time experience with Rolling Slots wasn’t pleasant. However, I expected that since it’s a recently established casino. Customer support via live chat is available 24/7, but their services are average at best. They keep throwing you around, especially regarding KYC verification procedures.
In my experience, such platforms will only cause you trouble when cashing out because they’ll keep asking for more documents. I would advise verifying during registration to avoid delays when withdrawing funds. However, the casino’s user interface is magnificent on the bright side. Also, it’s optimized for mobile gameplay.
Their game assortment is massive, and the games have sleek graphics. I had a smooth experience with their live dealer section: real-time gameplay and without lags. I could easily find my ideal slot games through the search filter. The lineup of software vendors is also superb, providing ample games for everyone.
Promotions are plenty; nonetheless, I found it weird that I had to contact support after depositing to claim the welcome bonus. It’s a staggering 200% match up to €500 plus 100 free spins, but I decided to forfeit it.
The casino accepts cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH and fiat methods. Although I’m yet to cash out, I’m certain payouts are prompt with cryptos present. Despite the shaky start, I will be playing here again to see how it all unfolds since it’s a promising and decent casino.
