As a member of the Gamblescope Review Team, I delved into Marsbet.com to assess its legitimacy and fairness. Here's what I discovered.
Background and Ownership
Launched in 2013, Marsbet Casino operates under the ownership of Alpha Entertainment B.V. and Stella Tech B.V., holding a license from the Curaçao eGaming Authority. The platform has enhanced its visibility through sponsorships with European football clubs, including FK Austria Wien and Hibernians FC.
Game Selection
Marsbet offers a diverse array of gaming options, encompassing both casino games and betting. The casino section boasts an extensive selection of slots, table games, and live dealer experiences from top-tier providers such as NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pragmatic Play. Notably, slot games are particularly popular among players.
Registration and Accessibility
Registration at Marsbet is pretty straightforward: you need to provide basic personal information like name, address, email and phone number. It accepts players pretty much from everywhere except for a few usual countries like the USA, France and the United Kingdom.
The chat support at Marsbet is fast and helpful, but not always available 24/7. However, worth noting that support is available in multiple languages: English, Spanish (Mexico), Russian, as well as Portuguese and its Brazilian version.
Payment Methods and Verification
Marsbet supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal options. You can deposit sums from 5 to 50,000 EUR via Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20), Tron and Ethereum. And up to 20,000 EUR via Skrill, Piastrix and APay.
As for withdrawals, the same payment systems are available. With Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20), Tron and Ethereum allowing to withdraw from 25 to 100,000 EUR, Skrill and Piastrix — from 10 and 5 up to 25,000 EUR, and for Apay it depends on the bank.
The daily withdrawal limit is 140,000 EUR, 140,000 USD, 840,000 BRL, 5,000,000 THB, 15,000,000 RUB. And you can make multiple transactions, which makes Marsbet suitable for high-rollers.
You need to pass verification upon the first withdrawal request by uploading the national ID you listed upon registration. Marsbet claims that it may take up to 12 hours to verify, which is unusually quick for the industry.
User Reviews and Reputation
Online reviews of Marsbet are mixed. Some users praise the platform's extensive game selection and user-friendly interface. Conversely, there are reports of account suspensions and withdrawal issues, with some players alleging unfair practices. Some face problems during the verification process, with their documents not being accepted or verification taking days instead of the proposed 12 hours.
I must add that since Marsbet has been around since 2013, it’s natural for bad reviews to pile up as time progresses. However, I also see that the casino representatives don’t bother answering such reviews.
Conclusion
Marsbet.com presents a broad spectrum of gaming and betting opportunities. However, the mixed user feedback won’t let me fully recommend this casino and sportsbook. It’s clearly a “proceed at your own risk case”. So proceed to play there with caution or, better, choose a more reputable place.
