They've done superb work on their website; it had a clean, pleasant theme but lacked a search function for games. Betsoft, Rival, and Sacuify (BetOnSoft) are the only game providers available, providing a somewhat limiting game library. The live-dealer game selection is limited, but slots are plenty. The slot games have great graphics and features, but I would appreciate more games from renowned software vendors.
Customer support service through live chat was poor as the agents took too long to reply, causing the conversations to end due to inactivity. Notably, they're available 24/7. They have multiple payment options, including Bitcoin, but some may not be available in other countries.
Their withdrawals are fast. However, deposits via Bitcoin take too long. I never understood that because I've rated casinos for years and BTC deposits are always instant. They offer enticing bonuses and unending weekly promotions and tournaments. There's a no-deposit bonus of 100 free spins. The 250% up to $1000 welcome bonus was also fine, but the 60x playthrough was too high.
The Curacao Gambling Commission licenses Lucky Creek. Although it's not my #1 choice, it cushions players against unfairness and promotes safe gambling. Lucky Creek can be a massive platform if they iron out some features like customer support, games, and payment systems. It's a nice platform to try out, but there are more refined casinos out there.
