Expert Review of the Real Playing Conditions
Tomb Riches is operated by SUVYD B.V., a company registered in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/846/0501. Payment processing is handled by its Cyprus-based subsidiary, SUVYD LIMITED.
Structurally, this is a classic offshore configuration: formally legal, but offering far weaker player protection than tier-1 regulators such as the Malta Gaming Authority or the UK Gambling Commission. In practical terms, this means that most disputes are resolved under Curaçao law, with broad discretionary powers left in the hands of the operator.
The Core Issue: Mandatory Wagering on Real-Money Deposits
The single most important clause in the Tomb Riches Terms is themandatory 3× wagering requirement on all real-money deposits.
This rule applies even if you do not take a bonus. Even if you simply deposit your own money, play briefly, and want to withdraw the unused balance, you cannot do so until you have wagered your deposit three times. If you make multiple deposits without playing, the combined total of all those deposits must be wagered three times before any withdrawal becomes available.
In modern online gambling, this is extremely unusual and strongly player-hostile. It effectively locks your own funds behind a rollover wall and removes the basic freedom to cash out unused balances.
Bonuses and the Real Wagering Burden
Tomb Riches advertises large headline bonuses: up to €/$2,500 and 250 free spins for fiat players, a crypto welcome package of 100% up to 0.5 BTC with 250 free spins, plus daily free spins.
All bonuses are subject to aflat 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. On its own, that is already on the high side of market standards. When stacked on top of the mandatory 3× wagering on deposits, the effective wagering burden can easily exceed 33×–40× of the player’s own money.
From a mathematical perspective, this creates a low-EV environment even for casual slot players.

Withdrawals, Limits and Timing Friction
Withdrawals at Tomb Riches are surrounded by several layers of friction. Cashouts are only allowed using the same method that was used for deposit. Your first withdrawal is only permitted after you have placed at least one bet and at least three days have passed since registration. Any attempt to withdraw funds without betting can result in account closure and confiscation of the balance.
All withdrawals are processed only on business days, within a narrow Monday-to-Friday UTC window. Weekend cashouts are not reviewed at all, which can add several days of artificial delay to any payout.
There are also strict payout caps, and an absolute win ceiling of €100,000 per session, regardless of what game you played or how large your actual win was.

KYC, AML and Forfeiture Risk
The KYC framework at Tomb Riches is unusually aggressive. The casino can request verification documents at any time, including proof of identity, address, payment methods, source of funds, selfies and even technical device information.
If verification is not completed within 30 days, the operator reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit winnings and apply a contractual penalty equal to the remaining balance.
If a fraud or compliance investigation is opened, the player has only 48 hours to respond to document requests. Failure to meet that deadline results in automatic cancellation of the winnings under review.
These clauses give the operator very broad discretionary power over whether winnings are ultimately paid.
Inactivity Fees
After 12 months of inactivity, Tomb Riches deducts €10 per month from any remaining balance until it reaches zero. This is a slow-drip confiscation mechanism that penalises dormant accounts.
Final Expert Verdict
Tomb Riches is ahigh-friction, high-control casino.
The mandatory 3× wagering on real-money deposits, stacked with a 30× bonus rollover, combined with payout caps, forced betting before withdrawals, business-day-only processing and aggressive KYC forfeiture clauses, places this casino among the most restrictive Curaçao-licensed operators currently active.
